Guide on how to connect credit card and set subscription plan
Here's a quick guide to how to add a credit card and set up your subscription.
- Login to Primetric
- In Account, switch from Manager to Administrator
- Click on the Subscription panel on the left side
- Click Add payment method
- Type in the card owner's name
- Type in the card number
- Type in the expiration date and CVV number
- Confirm with the bank if necessary
How can I add new seats?
You need to contact your Customer Success Specialist and provide him with a number of managers and employees you wish to add.
Can I change the number of seats by myself?
Changing the number of seats will require changing the billing amount on an invoice, therefore it will be necessary to contact your Customer Success Specialist.
Can I change my subscription plan from Standard to Pro?
To change your subscription plan, please get in touch with your Sales Representative or Customer Success Specialist.
What is the amount shown above the "Add payment method"? Will it change once I add my card?
This is your current billing amount and it will stay the same after you add your card.
What if I have planned a few changes in the billing period? How will I be billed for them?
The change in the billing period will be proportional to the number of days remaining until the end of the billing period.
When will I receive an invoice?
You will get the invoice at the beginning of each billing period.
What if I want to make changes to the invoice received?
If you want to make any change in the invoice, inform your Customer Success Specialist via e-mail by entering it in the subject of the e-mail - it will change it in the invoice.
