Public holidays visible on the monthly and weekly view in the calendar

Before, you could only see public holidays in a daily view. Now, it is possible to see those in the weekly or monthly view.

Fixed the issue with assignment creation - instead of clicking on the green "plus" button, you can click anywhere to create a new assignment

We've improved the allocation process to make scheduling more accessible by adding the possibility to click almost anywhere on the calendar view to create a new assignment.
