Time & Materials Project Billed Every Two Weeks

While usually projects are settled monthly, some companies might want to settle in different time spans. This example is for biweekly settlements but can be applied to any situations, such as weekly, bimonthly etc.

This is a hypothetical example!

John's company has acquired a project deal with Company B. The project will last 3 months. This project will be settled every two weeks.

  1. Let's create Time & Materials project lasting 3 months.

  2. Let's add 1 person to our project.

  3. Let's go to the Budget tab, and go to the Scheduled tab. The system by default will add scheduling monthly.

  4. To add biweekly scheduling, just add additional milestones to split monthly milestones into biweekly milestones.

  5. Please note that those new milestones will aggregate work logs between the dates of current and previous milestones.
