Time & Materials Project With Bug Fixes Out Of Charge I

Sometimes clients will agree on a project provided that our company will do some responsibilities out of charge. This can be for example training for client representatives or documentation. While our Client will not pay us for this work, we will still have to settle it with our employees. In this example, we're using bug fixing, but as usual, it can be applied for all sorts of situations.

This is a hypothetical example!

John's company has acquired a project deal with Company B. The project will last 3 months. Secured deal details that bug fixing will be free of charge during the project.
