Main parameters in the Availability Report
Select the date range for which you want to download data and you set the view type. There are two available options: per month and per week.
In the settings, you will also find a very important parameter. It will allow you to specify what percentage of the employee's availability over the selected dates you need. If you enter 60% there, only those employees who have greater or equal availability will appear in the report.
You can filter by People’s and Projects’ attributes including:
🔵Name
🔵Skills
🔵Team
🔵Department
🔵Seniority
🔵Position
🔵Nationality
🔵Employment type in a timeframe
🔵Specific Project
After clicking the Prepare Report button you’ll be provided with the key data.
Beneath this data are hidden specific calculations. In the graphic below you will find the main parameters and an explanation of how they were calculated.

Here you can check the Last Contract End Date (just to make planning even more efficient), Position, Department, Seniority, and Availability.
The icon before the name will show you if the person is a contractor. An employee won’t have any.
Please note that generated reports are available only for the accounts in which they were created.

Capacity - in Availability report - the maximum amount of work that can be completed in a given period of time. It’s calculated by multiplying the number of working hours a day by the number of working days in a selected period of time.
Available capacity - in Availability report: this parameter answers the question, how many hours can I sell for a client? (from the people I have on the list and in a given time period), It only shows people who are 100 percent available in a given period set by a user. The data is based on assignments. To appear in this report, a person must have a minimum level of availability in at least one of the filtered months. You can set this level of minimum availability by adjusting the specified parameter.
Capacity - the total amount of time, expressed in three different ways (FTE, hours or minutes) a person can work in a given period. It is deducted by time off and public holidays.
Contractor - a person with an hourly salary based on the number of logged hours.
Employee (here: contract type) - a person with a fixed monthly salary regardless of the number of logged hours. The Employee contract type includes both employees and B2B contractors.
