There are four basic ways of logging time:

  • by using the "add worklog" button and adding work log manually. This option allows you to choose the project, and assignment you want to log time. Moreover, you can easily log time in public projects.

Timesheet weekly view

The weekly view is slightly different from the daily view. Basically, it is more like a report where you can see not only the number of tracked hours in specific assignments per day, but you can also compare it with your scheduling, and capacity. What's more, you can quickly spot which days you will be absent (based on the requested time-offs), and when you forgot to log time (red warnings).

There are three basic ways of logging time:

FAQ

  • Can I edit / delete any work logs? Why I can't edit work logs with the padlock icon?

If an assignment has the padlock icon it means that it is already settled. It means that your manager closed this assignment in a chosen period and it is not editable.

  • What does the red warning icon stand for?

The red warning icon tells you that you didn't track time when your managers expected you to do that. This warning helps you to not forget about tracking time. When you click on this icon, it will automatically redirect you to the day, when the work logs are missing.
