The last type of projects we can add to Primetric are Non-billable projects. As the name suggests, those projects are meant to be used for logging hours for activities that are not bringing direct income to your company, such as training and meetings. Here's a simple example.

John's company has one mandatory weekly developer meeting, lasting one hour, on Mondays. He wants to add this meeting as a project to Primetric, so he can better plan the utilization of his team. When he logs into Primetric, he needs to create a Non-billable project called "Developer Meeting". He will need to add all his developers and choose Weekday. Then he will add 1h to Monday and schedule all of his employees.
