This is a very important project, one you'll want to have in your Primetric account. With this project, you will be able to track your bench, utilization and finances of employees that are not fully utilized.
This is a hypothetical example!
John's company wants to know how their underutilized employees affect the budget and overall utilization. John will create a Bench project on Primetric.
- Let's create a Non-billable project lasting one year.
- Go to the Planning tab and click "Search for team members".
- Click "Bulk scheduling" and check the box "all".
- Choose Draft as the assignment type and check the box "Use billable capacity".
- Make sure your other projects have their employees assigned with "Affects billable capacity".
