Primetric allows you to verify the availability of people in various places in the system.

People Calendar in Calendar Tab
Availability Report

Log in to the Manager Role Account ➡ Go to the Reports Tab ➡ Select Availability Section from the ribbon ➡ Set up report configuration settings ➡ Type 1% in Monthly Availability bracket ➡ Generate Report |
Note that if we set the minimum monthly availability to 1%, we will not see the full list of people there. The report will only show available people, and people with hours available will not be shown to us. You can enter a different percentage depending on what you want to see. If only at 100% - fully available people (i.e., 0 hours planned).
Filters help you find the proper role, position, etc.
People List in the People Tab

Log in to the Manager Role Account ➡ Go to the People Tab ➡ Select the proper time frame ➡ Find Scheduled Utilization and Availability columns to verify the person’s availability in the selected time frame |
In the people list, you will see all employees and their availability.
One column shows hourly availability, and the other shows Scheduled Utilization, an indicator helpful in planning.

Thanks to the intuitive heatmap, you can easily see people's availability in given periods. We suggest the monthly view to see the bigger picture. Filters will help you find a specific team/person/position.
