FAQ: Why can’t I delete a project?

In the article Lesson 3 - Roles and accesses in the Primetric you learned that there are three available three access types in Primetric, which are separate from each other and do not overlap in any way.

 

There is one exception to this rule, though, concerning the options for deleting projects and integration settings.

 

Regardless of the number of rights granted to a person with a manager role, he or she will be unable to manage integrations and deletion of projects. However, this does not mean that you need to log into the administrator account to delete the project.

 

 

There is a unique case of a manager who has the Integration Settings and Delete Project option in the Project Tab. This applies only to a user with the Administrator Access Type.

 

If the option to delete projects and manage integration is not available to you, but it should be, contact your Administrator.
