Primetric is a tool that provides countless amounts of data in seconds. However, sometimes using the tool (e.g., generating reports) takes longer than usual. Check out some tips below that will help you optimize your app's performance.
- Make sure you are using Chrome Browser. Just so you know, even though this is the only browser we support, sometimes changing it will optimize performance (especially in case of too much data collected by your Chrome. In that case, proceed to point 8.)
- Minimize the number of tabs open in your browser, especially Primetric. They load memory and slow down applications.
- Limit the number of background processes (Task Manager). They may slow down your device.
- Get rid of unnecessary files from your computer. Tools such as CCleaner will help you with this.
- Speed up Google Chrome by following the instructions Here.
- Keep your system and browser updated regularly.
- Clear browsing data in your browser, keeping only necessary data.
- Clear site data according to the instructions below:
a. Launch Google Chrome on your computer
b. Open the page where you want to clear site data
c. Right-click. Press Investigate and go to the DevTools window
d. Go to the Application tab:
e. After switching to Application, you will see this view:
f. Click the Clear site data button, optionally checking the Checkbox including third-party cookies
g. You can log in to your account again.
After completing these steps, site data for the selected site will be cleared. This includes cookies, locally stored data, and other site-specific information. You should see improvements in browser performance and the ability to resolve issues with saved website data.
