FAQ: Selected Types Of Time Off Are Not Synchronized

I sync my leaves using Primetric's integration with one of my leave reporting tools, but some leave types don't sync as they should. What to do?

Log in to Administrator Role Account ➡ Go to the Integrations Tab ➡ Find your integration tile ➡ Click Show Activity Logs on the left

We know that our employee went on maternity leave, and the employee in Calamari should report the type of leave.

Checking Synchronized Types Of Time Off 

The second thing we should do is ensure that a given type of leave has been selected for the next synchronization.

Log in to the Administrator Role Account ➡ Go to the Integrations Tab ➡ Click your integration tile ➡ Review integration settings ➡  If maternity leave time off type is not checked ➡ Check it ➡  Click Synchronize All Button

If the leave still needs to be synchronized, check whether the leave has been reported correctly in the tool.
